The scheduled IT maintenance work in the NLA Tunbridge Wells office this weekend was successful. However, an issue with one of the network devices that routes email traffic for the NLA occurred late Saturday night. It is believed that this issue was unrelated to the work that took place on Saturday, however an investigation is ongoing into the cause with the IT provider that supports this device.
The impact of the issue was that emails sent to reprocessing@nla.co.uk were not routed appropriately to Ninestars for action. The issue was resolved on just before 9AM today and all emails to this alias are functioning as expected now.
NLA IT staff are investigating the cause of this issue and will implement monitoring changes or processes as required to ensure this issue does not occur again.
If you have any further questions regarding this issue, please speak with your account manager.
