eClips - Ireland was designed in conjunction with Irish media monitoring agencies to deliver electronic clippings from Irish editions of major UK national newspapers to the monitoring agency and their customers.

 eClips - Ireland covers Eire and Ulster editions of The Times, Sunday Times, The Sun, Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, Daily Mirror, and Sunday Mirror.  The service also includes Belfast Telegraph and News Letter.      

The eClips - Ireland End User Licence Agreement (EULA) covers the needs of many clients of Irish media monitoring agencies however, clients who require copying rights from a broader content set of NLA newspapers or further copying rights will require a standard NLA licence.

The following media monitoring agencies have signed an eClips - Ireland licence:

• Kantar Media (Ireland)
• Rue Point Media
• NIMMS 

In the Republic of Ireland, any paper copies made of NLA material should be reported to NLI (Newspaper Licensing Ireland).
